Join the City of Richmond and community partners to help design Blackwell Park/Charlie Sydnor Playground! A few years ago, the city designed a Master Plan for the park incorporating feedback from Blackwell residents. We’ve now secured a grant from the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation to help make your vision a reality. This is an opportunity for Blackwell residents to share what features you'd like to see in the community park.
